Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide expert advice on gardening and horticultural products
- Maintain attractive product displays through effective merchandising and organization
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and processing deliveries
- Communicate clearly with customers in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, to enhance their shopping experience
- Promote store promotions, seasonal offers, and gardening workshops to encourage customer engagement
- Keep the store environment clean, organized, and inviting by adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Multilingual skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Passion for gardening, horticulture, or outdoor activities is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain tidy displays
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting moderate loads

Pay: £25,420.00-£50,640.05 per year
