Brunch Cafe Bar Chef - Daytimes only
We’re a Scandinavian-style café-bar in Bath, serving a creative brunch menu with Nordic twists alongside familiar favourites. We are looking for a Brunch Chef to work weekends to support our existing kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right chef to work in a small, focused kitchen and produce high-quality, consistent food.
Menu highlights include:
- Full breakfasts with dill sausages, rösti, gravlax.
- Eggs Benedict/Royale/Florentine.
- Smashed avocado on rye, köttbullar, Danish rye bread.
- Smørrebrød (open sandwiches).
- Freshly baked sweet breads and treats.
Your responsibilities:
Prepare and cook our full brunch menu to a high standard
Manage prep, stock, and cleanliness in a small kitchen
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
What we’re looking for:
Previous chef experience in brunch, café, or similar
Confidence working independently in a small kitchen
Strong organisational skills
Level 2+ Food Hygiene certificate
