Duties
- Meet and greet customers to the business and take clear job details.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- communicating with mechanics and keeping customers up to date with the requirements and process of there vehicle.
- issuing invoices and taking payments.
- Communicate with part suppliers.
- Keep up to date with customer reminders and self service programs like whocanfixmycar.
- Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- confident communicator - professional phone manner and people skills.
- Organised and reliable - someone we can count on day to day.
- Computer literate - familiar with email and booking systems.
- Proactive - happy to chase updates, and keep things rolling.
- Must be fluent in english (speaking and writing).
- Passionate - wanting to develop themselves for potential future promotions.
- Willingness - to learn new skills and techniques related to the position.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork is essential.
- Full training will be provided.
