Job Overview
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an additional Property Manager to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property management experience, or a basic understanding of block management, who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
The successful candidate will work closely alongside our existing team, assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio while delivering a high standard of customer service to clients and residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating maintenance and service visits
- Liaising with clients, residents, and contractors
- Attending sites and inspections when required
- Managing the Section 20 major works process
- Handling insurance renewals and claims
- Ensuring health & safety compliance across the portfolio is maintained and up to date
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12 months’ property management experience preferred, or a basic knowledge of block management. Further training and development can be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Supervising experience within a property or facilities management environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
