10 days on / 4 days off working pattern (Days and Nights)
Multiple Plating Chargehands required for long term work at Hinkley Point C starting ASAP (subject to vetting and onboarding requirements).
We are looking for candidates:
Qualified to Level 3 / Apprenticeship / ACE in Plating /Fabrication OR
A minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience PLUS
Valid CCNSG Safety Passport PLUS
One of IOSH, SSSTS or LATS
PAYE rates in line with 2026 site agreement:
£30.58 Days
£37.46 Nights
£42.82 OT1
£55.05 OT2
up to £3.06 Bonus
£53.39 per day / £373.73 per week lodge allowance
Return rail and travel time
Direct employment
- Above gross earnings inclusive of lodge and travel allowances (where applicable) based on 10/4 rotation.
