- Team Leader experience & Full UK Driving licence essential
- Basic Mon - Fri Salary (starting from £28,000 - £30,000) with Additional Overtime & Performance Bonus means the overall package can total circa £33,000
- Salary & package is subject to successful candidates relevant plant knowledge/ gardening experience & holds UK Driving Licence
- Immediate start preferred in June 2026

Skills required for the role:
- Applicants MUST have a minimum of 3 years professional hands on gardening experience maintaining residential gardens. FYI we do not offer hard landscaping services to our clients , we are purely garden maintenance so we are looking for candidates who specifically have garden / plant maintenance experience
- A good overall knowledge of common garden plants & shrubs
- Must be available to commute to Orpington BR6 for 7.30am
- Typical working day 8am - 4/4.30pm
- Perform hands-on work using a variety of commercial gardening hand tools and power tools for landscape maintenance and lawn care
- Attention to detail to ensure the quality of work meets expectations
