Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our production. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties
- Operate concrete batching plant
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of plant
- Assist in the unloading of reinforcement deliveries
- Cut and shape reinforcement for workstations
- Operate hand tools and machinery as required
Skills
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is advantageous.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good understanding of IT equipment is beneficial
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:15-16:45
Friday 08:15-15:45
Starting pay of £13.25/hour, this will increase after a six-month probationary period to £13.50/hour
