Property Manager – Build to Rent Worcester | Up to £30,000 + benefits

The Role
You'll be one of two Property Managers running Sherriff's Gate day to day. Together you'll own the resident experience end to end:
- Be the face of the community — welcoming residents, handling queries, building relationships that make people renew
- Manage lettings, viewings, move-ins and move-outs
- Coordinate maintenance and contractors
- Stay on top of compliance, inspections and safety checks
- Help us hit occupancy and rent collection targets
About You
- Experience in residential lettings, property management or BTR (ARLA/Propertymark a plus, not essential)
- Organised, self-starting and calm under pressure
- A natural with people — residents, contractors and colleagues alike
- Comfortable with property software, happy to help shape new systems
