Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced tree surgery team leader, mainly working in the utility sector.
Experience and tickets are required for this job
Duties
- Carry out cutting on electrical networks across the southwest.
- Lead and manage a team of tree surgeons , providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- maintain good team morale, and quality of work.
- Plan and implement daily work schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and report on outcomes.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified in all aspects of tree surgery including utilities.
- Proven experience in role or similar position.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in using tree surgery equipment .
Location
We are based in Taunton but can be collected on the way to site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
