I'm looking for a committed and perseverant Children's Residential Support Worker to join this established therapeutic EBD home for young people in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

⭐ About the home:
This 2x bedded residential home was registered in March 2025 to support young people aged 11-18 with EBD needs related to trauma, self-harm and neglect. The home is currently at full capacity, with all four young people in placement and attending school.
This home benefits from a strong 1:1 staffing ratio, and is supported by an experienced team of 11 staff members. It is one of this provider's two GOOD-rated residential homes in East Sussex, alongside a third OUTSTANDING-rated service successfully operating in Kent.
This residential care provider is led by Directors with personal experience in occupational therapy and extensive backgrounds in children’s services, ensuring high-quality, PACE-inspired care is always provided to the young people under their care.
⭐ About the role:
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for undertaking vital key working sessions with the young people, and cultivating vital relationships within the family environment. You will also be tasked with supporting the educational and nutritional needs of the children, all while maintaining practice in line with the home's therapeutic values.
Shifts and working hours:
- 70 hours per fortnight
- 2-3x shifts per week
- 07:30am - 21:30pm
- 1x sleep-ins per week, paid at £60
⭐ What you'll need:
- Minimum of 1 year working in an Ofsted-regualted children's home
- Completed (or willingness to obtain) Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Full UK Driving License
