What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- hold a Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
- have experience leading or supporting a busy nursery room
- are passionate about child-led learning and creating meaningful experiences
- have a warm, positive and proactive approach
- can inspire and support a team
- value strong parent partnerships
- have excellent safeguarding knowledge and professionalism
