Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in both our restaurant and our wonderful events spaces. You will play a crucial part in delivering a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of hospitality and food safety.
Duties
- Working events and weddings to a high standard
- Working in our Restaurant, The Hearth - working in coordination with other staff and our kitchen team, serving tables, upselling drinks. taking orders etc
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
