We are opening Alto at Locke Canary Wharf, and we are building our front of house team from scratch. Headed up in the kitchen by the brilliant Chris Dargavel, Alto is a brand new restaurant in one of London's most vibrant districts, and we are looking for talented Waiters and Waitresses to join the founding team.
This isn't a role where you blend into an established team. As a new opening, you help shape the way we do things, grow with the venue, and be recognised for it from day one. If you love great service, thrive on a busy floor, and want to be part of something from the start, we want to hear from you.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Helping to launch a brand new floor and set the standard from day one
- Delivering warm, attentive, and professional service throughout every shift
- Taking orders, serving food and drink, and guiding guests through the menu
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests want to return
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar to deliver a seamless experience
- Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and food safety standards on the floor
- Being a positive, reliable member of a close-knit new team
What Do You Need?
- Experience as a Waiter/Waitress, ideally in a quality restaurant or venue
- A genuine passion for hospitality and looking after guests
- A warm, confident, and friendly manner
- The ability to stay calm, quick, and organised during a busy service
- A team-first attitude and the energy for an exciting new opening
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role
- The Right to Work in the UK
