Role Overview
As a Theatre Administrator, you will help to provide secretarial/administration support to the team. You will be an integral part of the team to help provide an efficient service to all customers.
You'll help us make health happen by

Print theatre lists for theatre staff

Provide adhoc admin support
-
Manage information related to theatre bookings
-
Provide data required for the budgeting and planning of clinical and operational projects

Attend internal and external courses required to carry out duties
-
Provide clerical assistance to clinical staff when required

Input time data and stack items from charge sheets into Compucare
-
Keep an accurate record of all visitors entering and leaving the department
-
Provide good customer care, answer telephone calls and take accurate messages

Keep accurate records and the filing system tidy.

Liaise with other wards and departments
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

Experience or genuine interest in working in healthcare

Computer literate - Skilled in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Administrative/Customer Service Experience ideal
