Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 in Early years , Kids Club Practitioner to join our team. These roles are essential in providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for childcare, ensuring that every child has a positive experience.
Duties
- Supervise and engage with children in the Kids Club, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's experiences and any concerns that may arise.
- Manage the daily operations of the Kids Club, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the space.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the Kids Club experience, fostering an inclusive atmosphere for all children.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare and club activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and incidents as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a knack for managing groups of children effectively.
- A genuine passion for working with children and creating a positive environment.
- Knowledge of nursery practices and early childhood development principles is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
