We are a Construction Company based in Selsey and working in the Chichester area within a 10-20 mile radius. Due to greater workload and expansion of our business, we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy and ever growing team.
This is a full time, permanent (employed) position so you will receive paid annual leave, paid breaks and be eligible for our company pension scheme. If you're looking for a long term role with a stable income and an honest and trustworthy employer that looks after its team whilst working in a safe and friendly environment, this is the job for you. All tools will be provided.
Previous construction experience is desirable but not essential. Attitude is everything, we're looking for someone with a genuine can-do approach who isnt afraid to get stuck in, have a go and get things done! You don't need to know everything, we value curiosity, initative and a willingness to learn far more than the perfect skillset.
Above all else, we are looking for an honest, polite, reliable, friendly and trustworthy candidate who has the potential and drive to grow with us as a business.
The successful applicant must:
- have a full, clean driving licence
- have good attention to detail
- be clean and tidy and respectful of property and premises
- have an understanding of construction and the industry in general is an advantage but not essential
- be able to work well in a team and unsupervised (when trained, if necessary)
- be aware of and work in accordance with Health and Safety practices at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
