The Saïd Business School is looking for an outstanding candidate to join our Oxford/EY Corporate Transformation research team, a multi phase research partnership between Saïd Business School and global advisory firm Ernst & Young (EY). The research programme spans a number of related projects which explore the organisational conditions and leadership practices that enhance the odds of success for large-scale corporate transformations. The programme pursues a multi-level understanding of the human experience of transformation engaging with participants across an organisation’s workforce at a variety of levels.
The successful candidate will work across EY programme initiatives supporting the wider research team to explore how organisations can realise the full value of their transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will also work closely with faculty and postdoctoral researchers, supporting the delivery of joint EY research projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain academic research experience and to learn from leading academics. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong research background with experience of a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, and a pro active approach to learning new skills. A recent degree in the social sciences or a related field is expected as is experience working with academic faculty on advanced research projects.
