Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance, installation, and repair tasks across landscaping and construction duties ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards are maintained. Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to fencing, paving, general gardening and construction tasks such as painting, stud work, tiling.
- Supervise junior team members or apprentices, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead small projects or tasks independently, demonstrating leadership and organisational skills.
- Provide excellent customer service by liaising with clients or internal departments regarding technical issues or project progress.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
- Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
- Document work activities accurately for reporting and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in either landscaping or construction tasks.
- Skilled in welding techniques with relevant certification preferred.
- Electrical experience combined with mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Demonstrated ability in maintenance across various trades including hard landscaping, carpentry and general building tasks.
- Excellent command of English language skills for effective communication within team environments.
- Supervising experience or leadership qualities demonstrating the ability to manage teams or projects efficiently.
- Customer service experience is desirable for liaising effectively with clients.
- A proactive attitude with organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to utilise their diverse skill set in a dynamic environment while contributing to the ongoing success of the organisation

Pay: £31,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
