Petit Café
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced bartenders to join our team at our French café themed cocktail bars. Located on Lark Lane, our bar offer an intimate and cosy atmosphere where guests can enjoy a wide range of expertly crafted cocktails and fine wines while listening to live jazz music every Thursday through Sunday.
The ideal candidate will have a great personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a bartender at our establishment, you will be responsible for creating and serving cocktails and drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar. Equally whilst working on the floor, you will make sure our guests are well looked after and their glasses are always full.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and other beverages to customers
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Ensure that all drinks are served according to our established standards
Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on drink selection
Work with other team members to ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender and cocktail waiter
Vast knowledge of wines and cocktails
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be available to work weekends and evenings
