Apprenticeship Industry Trainer – Business Services

Location: Predominantly Online / Remote (with local employer workshops)
Contract: Full-time (Part-time possible)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 FTE
About the Role
Are you an experienced business, customer service, or leadership professional with a
passion for developing talent? We are seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Industry
Trainer to deliver engaging learning for our Business Administrator (Level 3), Customer
Service (Levels 2 & 3), and Team Leader / Supervisor (Level 3) standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver & Educate: Lead high-quality virtual webinars, workshops, and 1-to-1
- coaching.
- Manage Caseload: Support a portfolio of 40–45 active apprentices (pro-rata for
- part-time) through to successful End Point Assessment (EPA).
- Track & Guide: Monitor progress, ensure off-the-job training compliance, and
- coordinate individualised learning plans.
- Employer Engagement: Work alongside employers and line managers to align
- workplace learning with apprenticeship standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering vocational or apprenticeship training in business,
- admin, customer experience, or leadership.
- Solid understanding of ESFA funding rules, EPA preparation, and Ofsted EIF.
- Level 2 (or higher) in Maths and English.
- Teaching (AET/CET/DET) or Assessor (CAVA/TAQA) qualifications are highly
- desirable.
- Excellent virtual delivery, organizational skills, and a data-driven approach to
- progress tracking.
