Our sample studio plays a crucial role in bringing our vision to life, and we are looking for a dynamic Sample Studio Manager to lead and coordinate our talented team.
The Role:
As the Sample Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sample room, ensuring timely development of samples, managing workflow, and maintaining high production standards. You will work closely with designers, pattern cutters, machinists, and product developers to ensure seamless execution from concept to creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, schedule, and manage the sample studio team, including machinists, pattern cutters, and assistants.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of high-quality samples in line with the critical path.
- Work closely with design, production, and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of designs.
- Manage materials, trims, and inventory for the sample room.
- Oversee fittings and ensure accurate notes and adjustments are implemented.
- Maintain studio equipment and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
- Continuously improve studio processes for efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a sample studio or garment development team.
- Knowledge and experience in technical software CLO3D.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
