Responsibilities:
30-35 Hours a week
- Must have availability over Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays and Summer Holidays.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock supplies and ensure inventory levels are sufficient
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and retail calculations
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
