Pleasance and Sons Ltd are growing with every passing month and are now looking for a gardener to join their team! For the right candidate we can offer:
You will be responsible for maintaining every garden to a high standard, constantly improving gardens to reach their full potential.
Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities as a gardener will include:
- Mowing
- Strimming
- Planting
- Weeding
- Soft Landscaping
- Pruning
- Watering
- Hedge cutting
- Leaf blowing
We are looking for a gardener who can work well alone as well as integrating into a team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is enthusiastic, committed and a gardener who is always keen to expand their knowledge and skills with high attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have a full UK driving licence and have use of their own vehicle
- Use of own tools would be preferred but not essential
- Be willing to work in all weather conditions, all year round and flexible with hours of work
- Previous garden experience is not essential but a passion for the outdoors is key
- Ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to use various horticultural machinery and powered hand tools
- Have the correct set up to be able to invoice Pleasance and Sons at the end of each month for payment
- On job training will be provided.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
