About Us
We are an established eCommerce business with over 10 years of trading history, operating several online retail brands and dispatching orders throughout the UK and internationally.
This is a small, friendly team where your work genuinely matters. You'll work closely with the business owner in a relaxed, hands-on environment where your contribution makes a real difference.
Hours
Monday: 9:30am - 3:30pm (6 hours)
Wednesday: 10:00am - 3:30pm (5 hours)
Friday: 10:00am - 3:30pm (5 hours)
16 hours per week
Immediate start preferred.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Picking and packing online orders accurately and efficiently
- Responding to customer emails and messages professionally
- Updating order statuses and stock levels
- Assisting with general administration tasks
- Keeping the warehouse and packing area organised
- Helping with product uploads and basic website tasks (training provided)
The role involves standing and handling small parcels of varying sizes and weights.
You will be provided with your own desk and computer.

Nice To Have (Not Essential)
- Previous eCommerce experience
- Customer service experience
- Administration experience
- Experience running an eBay, Etsy, Amazon or online store
- Interest in online retail
Contract
This role is being recruited to provide additional support during a busy trading period and upcoming paternity leave.
This is a temporary fixed-term position running until mid-August 2026.
