Job Summary
Revolución de Fútbol Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Coach to lead our U13 football programme for the 2026/27 season. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and overseeing coaching sessions that promote skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young athletes and foster a love for football within our community. The Head Coach will also play a vital role in mentoring assistant coaches and ensuring a positive, inclusive environment for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging coaching sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Lead training sessions with enthusiasm, ensuring safety and adherence to best practices in sports coaching
- Monitor and evaluate players’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages respect, discipline, and enjoyment of the game
- Collaborate with programme organisers to plan tournaments, events, and community outreach activities
- Mentor assistant coaches and volunteers, promoting continuous professional development
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and organisational policies during training sessions and events
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance assessments, and programme activities
Skills
- Proven experience in football coaching, UEFA C minimum required.
- Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire young athletes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan structured training programmes
- Effective communication skills to engage with players, parents, and colleagues
- Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and a positive sporting environment
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to suit different age groups and skill levels

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
