Your responsibilities may include:
- Motivating and encouraging clients to get the most out of their day
- Providing personal care
- Supporting with medication
- Assisting with washing and dressing
- Shopping and running errands
- Housekeeping
- Preparing nutritious meals
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence and quality of life
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you’ll do much more than provide care. You’ll help someone remain in the home they love, support their independence and give their family reassurance that their loved one is receiving the very best care.
Who are we looking for?
You may already have experience as a Live-in Care Assistant, but this isn’t essential.
We would love to hear from you if you have experience as a:
- Care Assistant
- Support Worker
- Healthcare Assistant
- NHS care professional
- Live-in Carer
Most importantly, you’ll need to have a caring nature, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference to the lives of others.
