Join our team as a Showroom Sales Assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while working in a vibrant showroom setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the showroom to find products that meet their needs.
- Provide detailed product information, including design features and technical specifications, using tools like SketchUp and CAD when necessary.
- Upsell additional products or services by understanding customer preferences and highlighting relevant options to enhance their purchase.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom through effective merchandising and presentation techniques.
- Communicate clearly with customers in multiple languages, such as English and Spanish, to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
- Support the sales process by processing transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, manage inventory levels, and keep track of customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage showroom displays, stock levels, and customer flow effectively.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key.
