Job Title: Dual Service Manager
Location: Lion Yard Shopping Centre
Pay rate: £20.25
Hours: 42 - 4 on-4 off, working rota pattern
Working pattern, holidays etc to be discussed at interview stage
Your job will include:
Operational management of soft services for Lion Yard Shopping Centre and successful management, coordination and delivery of the contract related to onsite cleaning and security.
Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Driving service excellence throughout the Shopping Centre
- Communicating effectively with Centre Management Team
- Continually monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team to ensure the required standards of delivery are met
- Representing Westgrove at SLA meetings
- Ensure staffing levels are kept in line with the contractual agreement, recruiting as required and carrying out training
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service delivery
- Any other reasonable Management request
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Security, Cleaning or operational management/supervisor
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to establish credibility quickly
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Outstanding motivational and people management skills
- True leadership skills necessary to achieve ambitious targets
- SIA licensed
- First Aid at Work would be desirable for this role, training can be provided as required
