We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to help create a professional, welcoming and well-organised office environment. This role will support colleagues, clients and visitors while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Exeter office.
This is a varied and hands-on position that combines workplace operations, meeting room support and customer service, helping to deliver an excellent experience for everyone who uses the office.
- Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities activities.
- Prepare meeting rooms and support client and internal events.
- Provide hospitality and first-line AV support.
- Monitor office standards and help resolve workplace issues.
- Support reception, print and post services when required.
- Assist with health, safety, security and sustainability initiatives.
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and service-focused, with a positive approach and a commitment to delivering a high-quality workplace experience.
- Experience in workplace, facilities, hospitality or office support.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace technology.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with others.
