Pay: £45,000 (OTE £60,000)
Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
My client is looking for Experienced Multi Traders for their flagship Repairs and Maintenance contract in South East London. they are looking for workers with a can do attitude, who takes pride in their work and appearance and are willing to go the extra mile and will pay accordingly.
Duties will include:
- Carpentry (essential)
- Plumbing (essential)
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Painting and decorating
Requirements:
- Multi Trade experience
- Social housing experience
- UK Driving Licence
