About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organised and professional Front Office Administrator to join our growing Humber Operations team within our Environmental business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy office environment and takes pride in providing first-class support. You'll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team, supporting a variety of projects and clients across the UK while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Humber facility.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing general administrative support to the office and wider operations team.
Preparing correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other business documentation.
Managing incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally.
Greeting visitors and acting as the first point of contact for the office.
Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, databases, and inventories.
Coordinating meetings and distributing minutes and action items.
Supporting the tracking of training records, certifications, vehicle logs, and other operational documentation.
Monitoring administrative activities and helping ensure key deadlines are met.
Maintaining a safe, organised, and professional office environment.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team.
