Treatment Coordinator
Full-Time | Private Dental Practice
We are seeking an experienced, confident and patient focussed Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing private dental practice.
This is a patient-facing role focused on building strong patient relationships, guiding patients through their treatment journey, and converting treatment plans into accepted care. This is not an administrative position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care while understanding the importance of practice growth and treatment uptake.
About the Role
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for patients from their initial consultation through to the completion of their treatment. You will provide exceptional patient support, discuss treatment options and finance plans with confidence, and ensure every patient receives a high-end, professional experience.
A significant part of this role involves supporting patients considering Invisalign and orthodontic treatment, helping them understand their options, benefits, treatment journey, and financial arrangements.
You will also be responsible for managing and converting new patient enquiries, nurturing warm leads, and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Manage incoming enquiries and new patient leads.
- Follow up warm leads and treatment plans to maximise conversion rates.
- Confidently discuss treatment options, treatment plans, and finance solutions.
- Support patients considering Invisalign and orthodontic treatment, providing information and guidance throughout the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate patient records and lead pipelines within the CRM system.
- Work closely with clinicians to ensure seamless patient communication.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every stage of the journey.
- Support practice growth through proactive patient engagement and relationship building.
Essential Requirements
· Minimum 2 years' experience working within a private dental practice.
· Current GDC registration and right to work in the UK.
· Invisalign and orthodontic treatment coordination experience is essential.
· Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
· Professional, confident and personable manner, both in person and over the phone.
· Strong organisational and time-management skills.
· Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
