About us
The Rivers Edge, located in Pandy near Abergavenny (NP7 8DL), is a dynamic and innovative small business dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We pride ourselves on crafting a diverse menu that showcases locally sourced produce, building upon the strong foundation established during our first two years of operation. Our ambition is to drive continued growth while fostering an environment that encourages repeat patronage through outstanding cuisine and exemplary service.
A unique advantage of our establishment is the onsite holiday park, which provides a consistent customer base. We aim to meet the daily culinary needs of our guests with excellent food and a warm, hospitable approach. Many of our holiday park visitors return specifically for our food offerings, presenting opportunities to expand this segment through creative and innovative initiatives that increase food sales.
While we embrace innovation, we also value tradition. Our menu is refreshed every 3-4 months to maintain variety and appeal, yet certain signature dishes, such as our highly popular Sunday menu, remain unchanged to preserve the loyalty of our regular patrons.
