We are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm & Security Alarm Engineer / Field Line Manager (FLM) to join our expanding business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong technical expertise and experience in both engineering and quoting works.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault finding on fire alarm and security systems.
- Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations for remedial works, upgrades, and new installations.
- Manage and support engineers in the field, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects efficiently.
- Complete service reports, quotations, and associated documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with fire alarm and security systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience producing quotations and identifying additional works opportunities.
- Previous supervisory or FLM experience desirable.
- Knowledge of industry standards including BS5839 and relevant security system regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £45,000.00 per year
