We’re looking for someone who can Smile, passionate, skilled, and creative Baristas & Server to join our team, people who love coffee, great conversation, and bringing their unique personality to every interaction. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while following health regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assisting with creating content for social media
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively.
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks during peak hours efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment.
- Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
