SITE SUPERVISOR – HARD & SOFT LANDSCAPING

THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for supervising landscaping and construction projects from start to finish while working alongside your team to deliver exceptional workmanship. You'll organise daily site operations, manage staff, liaise professionally with clients, maintain excellent health and safety standards, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical ability, leadership and excellent communication skills.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 5 years' experience within the landscaping or construction industry
* Previous experience supervising or leading site teams
* Strong knowledge of hard and soft landscaping
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to organise work and lead by example
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Access to your own vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
* Portfolio of previous work (photos/videos required)
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
* NPORS or CPCS Plant Operator Certification
* City & Guilds Excavator Qualification
* CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Pergola installation
* Outdoor kitchens

* Drainage installation
* Excavation and dig-outs
* Demolition works
* Concrete foundations and sub-bases
* Bespoke outdoor features including swimming pools, hot tubs and garden buildings
