Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire – including regular travel to Asia, USA and Europe
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm when not travelling
Salary: £40,000 (OTE with travel allowances and bonuses £55,000 - £60,000)

Job Duties:
· Travelling to customer sites across the UK and international to include the USA, Europe and occasionally Asia.
· Full training is given; you will shadow an experienced engineer for the first 2-3 months to gain hands-on experience both at customer sites and on the manufacturing floor.
· Carry out maintenance, fault-finding, installations and commissioning.
· Attending machine servicing and maintenance schedules.
· Fault find, diagnose and problem solve issues.
· Updating records
· Being the face of the company and providing first class customer service.
What we are looking for:
· Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
· Strong customer service focus with a commercial mindset
· Self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload independently
· Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
· Bonus points for electrical and PLC knowledge
· Highly organised with solid admin and computer skills
· Full, clean driving licence required for travel- must be 25 or over for insurance purposes on the company vans
