US Delivery Consultant | White Collar Construction
Central London / Hybrid | Remote for experienced US Data Centre recruiters | Up to £45,000 basic + commission
A major new US client has just been won.
Now they need someone to help deliver it.
I'm working with a recruitment business looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to join its growing US team, recruiting across the white-collar construction market.
You'll be working on permanent roles with major General Contractors and MEP Contractors across the US, joining a team with existing relationships and a newly won account to get stuck into.
The role
This is a delivery-focused position, working alongside experienced 360 consultants and taking ownership of candidate generation across the US.
You'll be:
- Sourcing and headhunting white-collar construction professionals across the US
- Delivering into permanent vacancies with General Contractors and MEP Contractors
- Working across existing and newly won accounts
- Building strong candidate networks within your market
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Working closely with the 360 consultants to understand their clients and requirements
- Taking ownership of your roles and working with pace
Who are they looking for?
There are two ways this could work.
Hybrid – Central London
If you're looking to change sector and move into US recruitment, you'll need a minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience.
You don't need previous US or Data Centre experience. They're open to sector changers who have a strong recruitment background, can pick up a new market quickly and know how to deliver.
Fully remote
To be considered for a remote position, you'll need previous US recruitment AND Data Centre recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate that you can operate independently within the market.
Regardless of background, they're looking for someone who is confident on the phone, commercially switched on, self-motivated and genuinely good at finding and engaging candidates.
