We’re seeking an experienced and proactive EHS Advisor to champion health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations. In this role, you’ll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
Monitor and report on EHS performance, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.
Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with management and teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
Experience in an EHS advisory role on a manufacturing site, ideally pharmaceutical manufacturing
NEBOSH certified
Ability to communicate and influence across all levels
Accountable, attentive to detail and a natural problem-solver
