A Front of House (FOH) Leader supervises the customer-facing team in a restaurant, café, hotel, or retail business. Their main responsibility is to ensure excellent customer service while leading the team during daily operations.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising front-of-house staff.
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
- Organising staff rotas, breaks, and daily duties.
- Training, coaching, and supporting team members.
- Monitoring cleanliness, food safety, and company standards.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Handling cash, tills, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Working with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service.
- Helping achieve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Pay: £2,200.00-£2,500.00 per month
