miServices is currently expanding across London and is looking for professional, reliable and detail-oriented self-employed Inventory Clerks to join our growing team.
We are recruiting both full-time and part-time clerks, with regular work available across Greater London.
Using our bespoke reporting and diary software, you'll be able to manage appointments, complete reports efficiently and submit professional property inspections directly from your mobile device.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out:
- Inventories
- Check-Ins
- Check-Outs
- Property Visits
Working with letting agents, landlords and tenants throughout London, you will undertake independent property inspections and produce accurate, professional reports using our industry-leading software.
