Self-Employed Inventory Clerks Required – LondonJoin One of the UK's Leading Property Inspection Companies
miServices is continuing to expand throughout London and is seeking professional, reliable and highly detail-oriented Self-Employed Inventory Clerks to join our growing national team.
We are looking for experienced property inspection professionals who can deliver accurate, impartial and high-quality reports. Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Property Inspector or in a similar property reporting role is strongly preferred.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with regular work offered across Greater London.
Using our industry-leading reporting and diary software, you'll manage your own appointments, complete inspections efficiently and submit professional reports directly from your smartphone or tablet.
The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out a range of professional property inspections, including:
- Inventories
- Check-Ins
- Check-Outs
- Mid-Term Property Visits
Working on behalf of letting agents, landlords and property professionals, you'll inspect residential properties independently, accurately record their condition and produce detailed, impartial reports to a consistently high standard.
This role is ideally suited to someone who already understands the importance of accuracy, attention to detail and delivering reports that can withstand deposit disputes and adjudication.

Preferred Experience & Requirements
We're particularly interested in applicants who already have experience carrying out property inventories, check-ins, check-outs or other residential property inspections.
Ideal applicants will have:
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk (strongly preferred)
- Experience within lettings, property management or residential inspections would also be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written English and report-writing skills
- A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach
- Confidence working independently
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A smartphone or tablet with internet access
- The ability to travel throughout London using public transport
While full training can be provided for exceptional candidates with relevant property experience, priority will be given to applicants who have previously worked as Inventory Clerks or in a similar property inspection role.
