Overview

In this role, you will support the efficient movement, management, and storage of materials within our warehouse facility. Duties
- Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels accurately
- Handle materials with care, ensuring proper stocking and organization of products
- Assist with picking and packing orders efficiently for timely shipment
- Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky items
- Maintain safety standards during all materials handling activities, including heavy lifting and mechanical tasks
Experience
- Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance or construction environments is highly desirable
- Experience with forklift operation and certification preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar platforms) is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in materials handling, stock management, or logistics roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, as well as picking & packing processes
