The opportunities in Smurfit Westrock are immense, and we have a breadth of proven systems in place to help and empower all our staff to develop their skills further and achieve their potential. In return they are generously rewarded and enjoy challenging and stimulating careers.
Are you someone who wants to see the impact of their actions and have your voice & opinions heard; be part of a Company whose core values include safety, loyalty, integrity, and respect; care about what you do and have fun doing it?
Our talent pipeline of future leaders, graduates and placement students are a clear priority. Investment in both their personal and professional development takes place not just through training (both on and off the job), but also through the opportunities available, the exposure to different people and situations, and the levels of responsibility given.
Our UK Recovered Fiber business is looking for ambitious, talented people to invest in all of our futures.
Recovered fibers from recycled paper and board are a major raw material for our paper mills and packaging plants. Across the globe our paper mills reprocess around 6 million tonnes each year and our integrated structure ensures that we provide a stable outlet for paper and cardboard material through the uncertainty of market falls and rises.
Working with the public and private sector, we develop recovery solutions to meet the recovered fiber requirements. Our network of regional depots provides a collection infrastructure ensuring cardboard and paper is handled responsibly, efficiently and reliably.
The future of our company is shaped by those we recruit, which is why we believe that the key question is not where we will take you, but where you will take us.
We believe in fair, flexible rewards for hard work and this is reflected in our Company benefits including: -
· Employee Assistance Helpline (available to you and your family free of charge 24/7 for practical, medical and emotional support & advice)
· Cycle to work scheme
· Subsidised eye tests / contribution towards any necessary eyewear
