We are currently looking for an Administrator to be based in our Aylesbury office. You will be providing administrative and secretarial duties to support and maintain office procedures and systems appropriate to the needs of the organisation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the overall service.
- Ongoing reviews and maintenance of documentation.
- Formatting, scanning and saving of documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Filing
- Support in ensuring quality assurance compliance.
- Handling of confidential information and adhering to GDPR.
- Maintaining documentation on the cloud system.
- Taking telephone calls and passing on messages promptly.
- Liaising with service users including clients, family members, other professionals.
Essential Skills to include:
- Organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- To be IT literate and have good typing skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
- Problem solving and multitasking.
Desirable skills include:
- Experience working within health and social care.
- Experience in medical/legal liaison.
- Previous experience in minute taking and professional documentation.

Car driver desirable with use of own car, the role may require travel on an occasional basis – travel expenses will be reimbursed.
