Cleaner – Residential Developments
MUST HAVE UK DRIVING LICENSE
Location: London / Hertfordshire (company vehicle provided)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per year (plus on-call pay)
Hours: Full time - on site for 8am, finish between 3pm and 4pm
Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays, plus one additional day for every 3 years of service
The role
Our client is a well-established maintenance and cleaning company seeking experienced cleaners to join their team. The role involves cleaning residential developments to a consistently high standard and is a full-time, permanent position with regular daytime hours.
Company vehicle provided.
Our client is recruiting for 2–3 positions.
Key responsibilities
● Cleaning communal areas across residential developments.
● Cleaning and maintaining external pathways.
● Cleaning and maintaining bin stores.
● Working effectively as part of a team.
Carpet cleaning and jet washing experience is advantageous but not essential.
On-call
This role includes an out-of-hours call-out rota (clean-ups) covering one week per month. On-call is paid as follows:
● £100 per week retainer for on-call cover
● Double time, door to door, for any call-out attended
Requirements
● Cleaning experience (essential).
● Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
● Strong work ethic and reliability.
● Ability to work well within a team.
What's on offer
