Job Summary
We are Pho and Roll, Vietnamese Restaurant seeking a full time/part time Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, working together with other kitchen staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure food production meets all safety standards and complies with relevant legislation
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling waste
- Serve food to guests when required, providing excellent customer service and hospitality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Have knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary hygiene
- Proficiency in food production techniques and culinary innovation
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
Tips and service charges are sharing equally between staff
Pay: £13-£17/hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
