Warehouse Operative /Key holder
Job Summary
We are a family run retailer of Baby goods selling online and through our stores. Selling mainly to the UK. We sell stock from lots of large brands as well as our own brand. We are looking for someone to join our team with enthusiasm to support our growth and help us to maintain an excellent level of customer service. We require someone who is hard working and able to work at pace as this is a fast paced environment.
The Warehouse element of this role is as follows:
*Picking and picking from a large range of products
*Carrying out general housekeeping duties
*Putting away stock from deliveries and quality control checking
*Lifting and manual handling items
*Working to meet picking and packing targets
*Working within team
*Opening and closing the warehouse
*Dealing with couriers collecting and delivering stock
What is required?
- Experience of picking and packing in a warehouse environment is essential.
- Strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail when working quickly
- Excellent verbal communication
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
- 5 days out of a Monday- Sunday week (Sunday work every other week)
- Additional overtime may be offered
- Hours ranging from 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Every Other Sunday 9-1pm
Relaxed working environment with on-site parking.
Wages: Pay based on experience
