Job Title: Revit Technician (Junior / Trainee Level)

About the Role
The Fountain Workshop are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated Revit Technician to join our small friendly team where individuals are given responsibilities early on.
We are an established and award-winning team of dedicated designers and engineers who work all over the world to create engaging and innovative civic water features. We have a passion for water and a fascination with the way in which water can enhance an environment.

You will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle and work closely with senior professionals, contributing to the delivery of high-quality technical information.
This is a direct hire position; you will be joining the team without involvement from recruitment agencies.
This role is suited to someone who already has a foundation in Revit and AutoCAD and is keen to develop their technical ability in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Support the design team with technical documentation
- Maintain and update project models and drawings, ensuring project information is managed accurately within Common Data Environments
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all project information
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Attend meetings as required and contribute in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of project and company information
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification (Level 4+) in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
Skills & Experience
- Basic working knowledge of Revit and good command of AutoCAD with practical project-based use (essential)
- Minimum 12 months of engineering professional experience desirable
- Familiarity with Rhino and/or SketchUp is advantageous
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to follow guidance while taking initiative where appropriate
Training & Development
- Full in-house Revit training provided
- Ongoing mentoring and feedback to support your development
- Expectation to progress towards a more senior technical role (Project BIM Lead) over time
