The Role
As a Java Developer, you will become part of a cross-functional Scrum team responsible for designing, developing and deploying new products and features. You'll work closely with Developers, Test Analysts, UX Designers, Product Specialists and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable software solutions.
This role offers the chance to work with modern technologies and development practices while contributing ideas that help improve products, processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test and maintain high-quality Java applications
- Build and deliver new features within an Agile Scrum environment
- Collaborate with developers, testers, product teams and UX specialists
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work within an existing codebase while contributing new ideas and enhancements
- Support automated testing and continuous integration practices
- Contribute to technical discussions and help shape future development approaches
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Commercial experience as a Java Developer
- Strong Java programming skills and commitment to delivering quality code
- Experience working within Agile development teams
