We are a construction company whose biggest client is a housing association. We specialise in kitchen and bathroom renewals, general day-to-day, and void works.
Location: Works are mainly in North East London but some works may require you to go beyond this.
Working hours: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.
Your salary will be skill dependant.
Skills
- General day-to-day maintenance work
- Plumbing (basic knowledge)
- Plastering (beneficial, but not essential)
- Decorator
- Customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Requirements
- Must have your own tools
- Must have a full clean UK driving license
- Will need to have a clean DBS check
We do not require a CV, but if you can have a portfolio of your work ready for us to view.
